Where
can I have my skip dropped?
Your Skip can be dropped
on private property such as your drive or garden or land belonging
to you, if you do not have room on your property in most cases skips
can be dropped in the road outside your property but you will require
a permit from you local council. Please see

What is the average size
of a skip?
Average skips range between 4 6 & 8 cubic yards 4 & 6-yard
skips are most common for householders.
Are there any skip loading
requirements?
Yes skips must only be level-loaded to the load mark on the top
of the skip at all times your waste should remain within your skip
container.
How long can I keep a skip?
You are allowed to keep the skip for one week
from when the skip is dropped failing to keep to this period could
result in you being charged an extra hire fee for each day the skip
exceeds it's hire period unless prior arrangements have been made.

How do I book a skip?
You can call us at to arrange deliveries,
or you can book online. Please see on-line orders
How much notice do I need to give?
24 hours notice is usually required for deliveries,
& collections, more may be required if you are ordering a skip
for the weekend
Is there anything I can't put in my skip?
Yes you cannot put fridges, asbestos, CO2
gas, gas cylinders, or any toxic waste into your skip, if you are
unsure of any material when loading your skip you should contact
our office and we will arrange for someone to check the material
to ascertain what it is. If you have any waste that is not allowed
in your skip please contact us we may be able to make special arrangements

If I need permission from the council to
place a skip on the road how do I apply for it?
You would need to apply to the environment
department at you local council they will charge a small fee for
the skip permit to allow you to place your skip on the road. However
we are able to arrange your skip permit for you when you book your
skip. Please note if you arrange your own permit we cannot drop
a skip on the road unless we have a copy of your permit. See

What if I cannot get a skip license?
In the rare cases when you cannot obtain a
skip permit, we offer a loading service. Please
